Buyers Premium
• 10% Buyers Premium with a $500 cap per item
• Additional 4% Internet Buyers Premium for online purchases

Examples:
• $10,000 purchase = $500 (10% capped) + $400 (4% internet) = $900 total buyer’s premium
• $2,500 purchase = $250 (10%) + $100 (4% internet) = $350 total buyer’s premium

1. Item Descriptions:
Kurtz Trading, LLC has described auction items to the best of their ability. No guarantees or warranties are made regarding accuracy, condition, origin, or authenticity. All information is provided as opinion only. Buyers are solely responsible for verifying all information.

2. As-Is, Where-Is:
All items are sold as is, where is. No express or implied warranties are provided. Statements by Kurtz Trading or its representatives are considered opinions only and not binding.

3. Ride and Drive Terms:
Items sold in the Drive Thru portion include a “Ride and Drive” opportunity, covering:
Included: Operational engine, drivetrain, hydraulic functions
Not Covered: Wear and tear, leaks, batteries, tires, tracks, cosmetic issues, electrical problems, codes/warnings, etc.
Ride and Drive Policy:
Buyers must report issues to auction management immediately on-site for verification.
Online bidders must utilize Ride and Drive by Monday, March 16th, 2026, at the auction facility.
Ride and Drive becomes void once the item leaves the auction yard.
No exceptions, refunds, repairs, or freight assistance will be provided after the deadline.
⚠️ Catalog is a guide only. Buyers must do their own due diligence, including verifying year, specifications, serial numbers, and condition. Catalog misprints are not grounds for cancellation.
Important Deadlines:
Ride and Drive ends: Monday, March 16th, 2026
Once an item leaves the yard, it is considered sold “AS-IS”

4. Parts/Repair Items:
Items sold as "for parts or repair" are sold as-is. Known issues will be disclosed, but discovery of additional issues does not invalidate the sale.

5. Bidder Responsibility:
Bidders are responsible for all bids placed under their number. Kurtz Trading is not liable for:
Internet issues
Misunderstood bidding process
Accidental bids
If you are the highest bidder, you own the item.

6. Sales Tax:
Pennsylvania sales tax applies unless a valid exemption certificate is provided.
A new exemption form is required for each auction, even if previously submitted.
Unpaid sales tax = unpaid invoice = no item release.

7. Payment Deadline:
Payment in full due by Wednesday, March 18th, 2026
Delinquent accounts will be reported to the online auction provider.

8. Item Removal Deadline:
All purchases must be removed by Wednesday, March 25th, 2026

9. Disputes:
The auctioneer reserves the right to settle any disputes or re-offer items for sale at their discretion.

10. Insurance Responsibility:
Buyers are responsible for insuring their purchased equipment from the date of auction until removal.

11. Agreement to Terms:
By bidding, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.
