10/15 Live Virtual Equipment Consignment Auction

We are honored to present a Live Virtual Simulcast auction! This auction features a great lineup of items. Be sure to check each item's description for its location.

Pre-bidding will close on October 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM. The Live Online Virtual Simulcast auction will start at 10:30 AM (Central). Please request to bid early to ensure no delays. To view items, please contact the auction rep listed.

This auction will have a 5% buyer's premium with a $1,000.00 cap fee per item. All applicable sales tax will be charged on this auction. SD sales tax will be charged on all items located in SD unless a valid exemption form is completed and returned. MN sales tax will be charged on all items located in MN unless a valid exemption form is completed and returned. Sales tax will not be charged on titled vehicles/trailers (tax will be due upon registration). IA sales tax will apply when applicable.

Invoicing: All invoices will be sent out after the auction is fully completed. Please do not call to make payment until the auction is completed. Payment contact: Zomer Company Auctions at 712-476-9443 during business hours, M-F 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST. All items must be paid for within 48 hours following the auction.

Pickup will be arranged once payment has been made and verified and the paid invoice has been sent. Contact information for the owner or designated contact person for pickup will be on the final paid invoice.

Terms: Payment may be made through wire transfer, cashier's check, cash or credit card (credit card incurs a 3% fee). Payment by mailed check is not accepted. All sales final. All items sold as is, where is, with any and all defects and no warranties expressed or implied. All items must be paid for within 48 hours of purchase and must be removed within 2 weeks unless other arrangements are made. Item location is listed by each lot and some lots may have a specific pickup time. Titles will be mailed out 10 to 20 business days after final payment. Any back registration will be the responsibility of the buyer.
