• All items in this auction are located at 1525 Sun Valley Drive, Beloit, WI, unless otherwise noted. The pickup dates/times are VERY SPECIFIC - do NOT bid if you, or someone on your behalf, cannot pay and pick up during these times.

• All shipping containers must be scheduled to be picked up by 2:00 PM on Tuesday, September 1, 2026. All shipping containers purchased must be transported/delivered by Alex Kasyanyuk (815) 519-5128.  Alex is insured and has a trailer designed for hauling containers. The charge for delivery within a 20 mile radius is $400. It is $6 per mile for every mile over 20 miles. Please call Alex to discuss your specific delivery request and placement as the trailer itself is 40 ft long plus the truck that hauls it.

We will be using an online scheduling program to schedule all pickups for this auction. Winning bidders will be emailed after the auction ends and will be able to select a specific date and time slot to arrange pick up. This will allow us to schedule the amount of people onsite at the building at specific times to ensure a safer and more efficient pickup. Bring your zero-dollar owed invoice when you pick up your purchases.
