All FFL regulations apply, please read below and make sure you understand the rules that we have to follow when selling and transferring these items. ** Preview for firearms will be Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm at our auction headquarters in Wynne. All firearms transfers and accompanying paperwork will be done at Witcher Auctions Home Office located at 2408 Highway 64, Wynne AR. Please note pickup and paper work will only be able to be filled out on Friday July 10from 8:30 - 4:30pm, and then Monday & Tuesday July 13h & 14th, 2026. After that it will be by appointment only. All guns & accessories are subject to a buyer's Premium10% on the first $2,500.00 and 3% on the balance. All firearms are also subject to a flat $25 FFL transfer fee in addition to the buyer’s premium. This fee applies whether you pick it up or have it shipped to another FFL A paid invoice from the auction will be required to be picked up. The buyer’s name on the auction invoice must match your state-issued photo ID and/or concealed carry permit in order to complete the transfer. Out-of-state buyers will have to have handguns shipped to an FFL in their state. ON-SITE PICKUP IS NOT ALLOWED. Long guns may be picked up on auction day by both in and out-of-state buyers with background checks. An Arkansas concealed carry permit negates the need for a background check. All other firearm purchases will be required to have a background check. Concealed carry permits MUST be Arkansas-issued in order to be accepted. Out-of-state concealed carry permit holders will be subject to a background check before receiving any firearms. Buyers who do not pass a background check are still liable for the purchase price of the firearm and no refunds will be given.. Buyers will not be allowed to assume possession without meeting federal firearm law requirements. Background checks are relatively fast, but please be patient if you wait until after purchasing to do paperwork. The Delta Farm Products staff will process purchases pickups as fast as possible.
