Firearms are also subject to a flat $25 FFL transfer fee in addition to buyer’s premium. All firearms transfers and accompanying paperwork will be done at Witcher Auctions Home Office at 2408 Highway 64, Wynne, AR 72396. A paid invoice from the auction will be required to be picked up. Out-of-state buyers will have to have handguns shipped to an FFL in their state. ON-SITE PICKUP IS NOT ALLOWED. A $25 FFL transfer fee will be charged on each firearm purchased with no exceptions. This fee applies whether you pick it up or have it shipped to another FFL An Arkansas concealed carry permit negates the need for a background check. All other firearm purchases will be required to have a background check. Buyers who do not pass a background check are still liable for the purchase price of the firearm and no refunds will be given.. Buyers will not be allowed to assume possession without meeting federal firearm law requirements. Background checks are relatively fast, but please be patient if you wait until after purchasing to do paper work. Staff will process purchases pickups as fast as possible.
