ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE IS, without any warranties whatsoever, whether express, implied or statutory. ALL ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION AND WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL BIDDERS TO MAKE THEIR OWN IN-PERSON INSPECTION PRIOR TO BIDDING. All items will be available for inspection the Thursday and Friday before the auction. TAYLOR AUCTION COMPANY ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THIS LISTING.

Winning bidder will receive an invoice sent to the email that is on file. If the buyer does not receive an email within 24 hours, call Taylor Auction Company at (859)-595-1080. Winning bidders must make contact within 24 hours of completion of auction to verify form of payment. A 5% Buyers Premium Fee will be added to the Hammer Price for online bidders only. *Payment must be made in full by 5:00 PM the Tuesday following sale day. Forms of payment accepted are WIRE TRANSFER ($15/$50 international fee), CERTIFIED/CASHIER'S CHECK, CASH, OR CREDIT CARD with a 4% processing fee.

All trailers are to be sold with NO TITLE unless otherwise stated. Hour meter readings or mileages are unverified information and accuracy is not guaranteed in any way. Any information is gathered from sources believed to be reliable but is not guaranteed to be accurate.
All items are subject to Kentucky state sales tax, unless a Kentucky Farm Exemption Number is proved or a Resale Number provided. We will assist in loading all items; however, disassembly of equipment for shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer. TAC is not responsible for any damages while loading or unloading equipment.
ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM LOT WITHIN 14 DAYS OF AUCTION. STORAGE CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED AFTER 14 DAYS ($10/DAY). OWNERSHIP OF ANY EQUIPMENT NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 30 DAYS REVERTS BACK TO AUCTION COMPANY.
Trucking is the responsibility of the buyer. Not responsible for accidents. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
