DESCRIPTION

This auction will have a 5% Internet buyers premium with a $750.00 cap fee per item. Onsite bidders will have no additional fees.

Auctioneers Note: The Zomer Company is pleased to be asked by the Nyhof’s to assist them in the auction of their farm machinery! As the Nyhof’s have sold their acreage property and retired and relocated to a home in town they have asked us to assist them in offering their equipment for auction! Plan to be on time to this auction as there will be very few small items!

Location: 3426 390th Street, Sioux Center, IA. From Casey’s in Sioux Center, IA go East on 390th Street for 3 1/2 miles to the site of the auction!! Auction site is located on the North side of the road!

 Pre-Bidding will close August 14, 2022 @8:00 A.M.
 
 Live Auction will be held starting at 10:30 A.M. August 14, 2025.
 
Auction Type: This will be a live onsite auction with online pre-bidding prior to the auction and online bidding available during the live auction also. The live auction will be on August 14, 2024

*Pickup: Loading will be available on sale day. Alternate arrangements will need to be made if needed.  

*Terms: Cashiers check/credit card(credit card incurs a 3.% fee)/ wire transfer. All sales final. all items will be sold as is, where is, with any and all defects, and no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers are encouraged to inspect the equipment prior to bidding. All auction purchases must be removed within 2 weeks of the auction date. ALL TITLES WILL BE MAILED OUT 10-20 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE AUCTION REGARDLESS OF PAYMENT TYPE.
