Sale Terms & Conditions

Payment in full for all purchases is required on Friday following the auction in the form of cash or cashiers check. Personal or company check must be accompanied by a current original bank letter of guarantee, prior letters and or bank statements are unacceptable documents. 

ONLINE BIDDERS must wire payment on Friday following the auction. There will be a $25 Wire Fee added to your invoice.

If you have a tax exemption certificate and a Dealer's License and/or a Resale Certificate please email a copy to auction@demottauction.com.

NO CREDIT CARDS - NO EXCEPTIONS!  Auctioneer cannot verify checks.

Internet buyers, the Buyer's Premium is 12.5% with a $3750 cap per item. There will also be a $25 Wire Fee added to your invoice.

We encourage you to call if you have any questions about the equipment/vehicles, you can also come to the sale site and inspect the items.  DeMott Auction does not guarantee any piece as to running condition or usability.  YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PURCHASE.  We will not refund or cancel your purchase. 

**SOME VEHICLES HAVE REBUILT TITLES**

DAC makes no guarantees as to accuracy of the printed descriptions of items, including but not limited to year, make, model or serial numbers.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to thoroughly inspect the items to his or her satisfaction, as to determine condition and value. They should solely bid on their own judgement. Auction may attempt to describe the items in advertising, on the internet, and at auction, but makes no representations. 

Auction will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of items. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as-is-where-is and that they may not return any item they purchase

ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS WHERE-IS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY EXPRESSED IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE GUARANTEED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY YEAR MODELS, SERIAL NUMBERS OR HOURS. WE ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO INSPECT ANY ITEM BEFORE BIDDING. 

REMOVAL times are Friday the 27th from 8:00am-5:00pm, NO LOADOUT SATURDAY or SUNDAY. Open again for loadout starting Monday the 30th from 8am to 5pm. If your item(s) are not removed during this time, you will incur extra storage/freight fees.
