Auction Terms & Conditions
AGREEMENT TO TERMS: By bidding in the auction, you agree to all terms and conditions of the auction.
BUYER PREMIUM: 3% Buyer Premium added to all purchases. Example: $100 bid = $103 Invoice Price.
PAYMENT: Cash or check preferred. We also accept ACH (no fee) or Wire Transfer ($20 Fee) Credit card allowed under $2,000 with 3% additional fee. Invoices over $2,000 will be required to pay cash or check. All invoices need paid in full by the Monday following the Auction at 4:30PM (checks need to be in our office by then). Please mail your payment, bring to our office or make other arrangements with the auction company. Scheduled loadout days at the auction yard on Wednesday, Thursday Friday, & Monday following the auction from 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Pay and pick up your items at the same time for convenience.
